Q. How to you pronounce MULXIPLY?
A. It’s “MULTIPLY“. Get it? Your Purchase X Our Products = Employment & Opportunity. We call it “the multiply effect”.

Q: Where do you manufacture your products?
A: We have an ever-expanding group of artisan partners based in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal. We research our partners thoroughly before collaborating with them. You can read more about our partnerships here.

Q: Which iPads fit in the iPad sleeve?
A: All generations of iPads will fit. The interior dimensions are 8″ x 9.5″ and are large enough to accomodate an iPad PLUS the magnetic cover that so many people use to protect the screen. Without the magnetic cover, the iPad fits less snugly, but the strap holds it securely within the sleeve.

Q: Which of your bags fit laptops?
A: Our crossbody bag will fit a 13″ laptop. All of our totes will also fit a laptop.

Q: I got a stain on my bag, how should I clean it?
A: Felt is a natural material and is water resistant. You can apply a little club soda and blot the stain. A bit of Woolite will work, as well.

Q: The MULXIPLY bag I received isn’t what I was expecting. Can I return it?
A: You bet! Just send it back within 15 days and we will refund your money minus the cost of shipping. The bag must be unused and in like-new condition. The return form is located on your pack slip, but if you don’t have that, you can contact us and we will email you a return form.
